All orders will ship within 3 business days (subject to stock availability and credit card verification). We do not ship on holidays or weekends. If your order is placed after 2pm PST, it will be processed on the following business day.

For orders shipping outside of Canada, you should consult the legislation of your country. We do not take responsibility for duty or brokerage fees and shipment delays due to customs.
Orders shipped outside of Canada are not subject to sales tax. Orders shipped within Canada are subject to provincial sales tax dependent on province.
- Regular Priced Merchandise can be returned within 10 days of receipt of goods
- Sale items may not be returned
- For returns please email us email@example.com and we will provide a Return Authorization Number. Include your reason for return, order number, name, email address, and phone number.
- NOTE: returns will not be processed without a Return Authorization Number.
- Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs
- Please allow 10 business days for goods to be returned. Once returned goods have been checked we will process your refund or exchange.
- We do not refund initial shipping costs.
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed
- Merchandise must have all tags attached
- We offer price adjustments within 14 days of purchase
